By commissioning or purchasing work from Skeliid Studio, you agree to the following terms:

General

• I reserve the right to decline any project or commission request for any reason.

• All artwork is digital; no physical items will be shipped.

• Prices are subject to change based on complexity, deadlines, or specific client requests.

Payment

• Full payment is required upfront before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Payments are accepted via PayPal or SquareSpace invoicing.

• Payments are non-refundable once the final artwork has been delivered.

Process & Revisions

• Clients will receive progress updates (sketches, line art, multiple rendering stages) depending on the project.

• Adjustments and revisions are allowed during the sketch and color phases.

• Major revisions or excessive changes may incur additional fees past the flat colors stage.

• Once the final artwork is approved, no further changes will be made.

Usage & Rights

• I, Mia Wobser, retain all rights to the artwork.
  This includes the right to display it in my portfolio, on social media, and in promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Clients may:

  • Use the commissioned piece for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Share the artwork on social media with proper credit.

• Clients may not:

  • Claim the artwork as their own.

  • Edit, alter, or redistribute the artwork without permission.

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes (merchandise, advertising, NFTs, etc.) without prior agreement and a commercial license fee.

Commercial Use

• If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, an additional fee will apply.
  Please inquire for pricing and licensing details.

Deadlines & Turnaround

• Turnaround time varies based on the complexity of the project and current workload.

• Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee.

• If delays occur, the client will be notified promptly.

Cancellation & Refunds

• If a commission is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

• If canceled after work has started, a partial refund may be given based on progress.

• No refunds will be given once the final artwork is delivered.
